MAKE UP CLASS POLICY

All classes that are missed due to illness , a conflict in schedule or inclement weather may be made up at any time during the dance year by attending a class at the same level or one level below. Classes canceled due to Halloween, Thanksgiving(Thursday), Easter(Sunday), Memorial Day (Monday), the evening of the dress rehearsal and the recital day(Saturday) may be made up in the same manner.

The studio closes for one week for our winter recess. If a particular class is canceled for two sessions due to the day that Christmas Eve and Christmas day fall on, these students may also make up this missed class.

Level 3 competition dancers will not have class the weekend of a competition. Dancers will have a rescheduled practice on a Saturday afternoon before the competition weekends. The dates and times will be given out this summer.

Make up classes do not need to be scheduled. Please attend the make up class at your convenience.

When the weather is bad, please call the studio for imformation about classes that day. There will be a message indicating a cancelation.
